First and foremost, the Job Culture is extremely poor. Mishandling management. The management are money minded. The management unfortunately seems to prioritize personal financial gain over the organzation mission, leading to a sense of distrust and frustration among staff. It is disheartening to witness how resources indented to help marginalized communities, such as the blind, are mismanaged. It feels as though a significant portion of the funds intended for these groups is being diverted elsewhere, and the balance is not being used responsibly. This is a serous concern, as it compromises the integrity and core values of the NGO.
