I like every thing in an army.because every thinge is a part of this organisation actually army recruit us on the basic of our strength and mind set.but one thing I don't like is only one thing that ishe timing. I love indian army

...e and the management is transparent. There is a huge gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is very hard and tuff service during very less leave.and no any holiday all working day.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.
