Discipline, working with well educated team, work culture, job security, honesty, skill development, good salary, and above all serving the nation with pride are few unforgettable things for me during my tenure of service. How ever I will be completing my last bond for serving the nation being in Air Force on 30 Nov 2022, which is unextendable due to Gov restrictions on retirement age at 57 yrs.

Good work environment and culture, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...ipline. Meet other langustic person and knowledge of their culture and language. Good salary and interference in politics. Risky environment in Army but after success feel happiness and joyful

Some families disturbance and participate in social activities.

Only salary is appreciable which may be counted as less as job is 24x7

Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.
