...il.Superb team spirit and support to one another makes this organization unique. Salary is very good. There are many other facilities and benefits apart from salary. Living standard is very good. Environment on and off duty is excellent.100 percent job security. High standard of training in latest indigenous and foreign communication equipments and technology. Gets a lot of opportunities to interact with high profile Indian and foreign engineers and learn more. Lots of travelling opportunities. High career growth. Many things are learnt here including lifestyle and etiquettes. Gets ample time to enhance yourself after work time. Honesty, truthfulness and Loyalty is a must here if you wish to lead a dignified life here.

Dislikes

Sometimes I had to establish my communication entity at short time in very unfavourable weather conditions. I had to communicate with many Officers and JCOs regarding space availability, available resources and also laise with them for food and accommodation of my men.We had to work day and night with little rest.Being a senior I was under pressure, but with positive attitude and support from my colleagues and seniors even I couldn't believe how I did it.

Indian army is the most important part India. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is most reliable in India.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work straight in a day & night. We have to complete multi tasking works. We haven't a fix work. The government make retired to soldiers at the age of 45-50 yrs. It is the time when we have lot of requirements like education of children and settlement of children. And that time we are unable to do more.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.

No dislikes just the problems based on salary.

...lities and gaming arcade for chilling and entertainment. Policies are very good. Appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike.
