To do a job on healthy company on behalf of get good package because I have some family circumstances so am I want clear as per earlier and I completely agree with my company is it excellent but I need betterment

Always fallow the SOP don’t think anyone blindly fallow the sop As army person I always have some boundaries that is SOP

Just give regards to ex personnel not the pay and perks. Please give them respect while considering them. They are very intellectual and hard working. Trust them.

Don't treat them as security guards. They were when in service.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. salary hike every year. Family Facilities good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
