...many things can play any sports. Become a combat pro exciting things to opt for. Apart from being a technician u serve for your country and paid a handsome salary, free medical services and canteen services. Your whole family is looked after very well. And when retired u get all the benefits and pension etc.

Dislikes

Only thing which bothers you is u can be posted anywhere in India or as per ur Trade propheciency even abroad. Chances to get a home town posting are very slim.

Except frequent transfers every other thing is just amazing.

The disparity between Officers and Men is huge and still it works on the principles of pre- independence British culture where the Officers draw a line and don't allow the Men to grow in their work life. Ironically this disparity travels to your families also which is very disturbing sometimes. Credit is always taken by Officers for any good work as if only they run the show.
