Hectic work, Leave uncertain, job depends on posting and then leadership, frequent transfers, promotional aspects etc.

Gd work environment & culture. Good teammates, polices are good with facilities like medial, residence, food, transportation, bonus every year, o job training etc

There is bond of 20 years before that you can't resign.
