...ecision are perfect and clear. The policies regarding annual appisals is fair . Salary is good and there are many other privileges like free ration, transportation, accomodation, LTC and Children Education allowance, annual bonus etc.

...come real men who can deal with any situation with utmost calm and perseverance. pay and perks are good and the quality of life is even more good. However, due to recent changes in the policies, the career prospects have reduced. I hope IAF will revert these policies in the best interest of it's troops.

Apart from being a technician u serve for your country and paid a handsome salary, free medical services and canteen services. Your whole family is looked after very well. And when retired u get all the benefits and pension etc.
