As HPL was my second company of my career so it was just starting phass of career. HPL gives me chance to learn new things, to take independently decision and lot of responsibility.

Compensation is not very good and growth is very slow. Total work load on junior employees.

Training and job security, career growth also good and possible to shine in future. Safety, travel facilities, food, and other cultures and benefits are very good.

Salary and increment wise very worst than other companies. For example: 5 yrs. Once they will increase Ur salary

There is Union for M.Sc., chemistry post graduates 5 years only salary increment in union No promotion In QC department except QC manager nobody is good person Very worst culture. I will never ever suggest a person to join IAL QC as chemist

Overall Good Company.. But Unskilled People Working As IAL Employee.Very Skilled and Knowledge People working as Contract Labour. partiality for food, no gifts for Contract Labour. I give my professional skills in IAL Last 6 years but they don't offer me IAL Employee. I will be back soon🔥

Lot of nonsense peaple is there. 100%Partiality.IAL employees 240Members Ruling like God. Employee god and goddess working 5days in a week. Contract Employees working 6Days in a week.
