...ot rise voice against them if some staff person do so He will be fired from job. ALSO company policies are demotivating young engineers as the result of this they are leaving company after some experience overall salary is to low and bonus is also very low.

I get to travel abroad very frequently especially to the Italy, Germany, Iran, china, Taiwan, Tunisia, Malasia etc. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
