Managemant is so good. Company policies are good they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of Politics. Middle worker's I mean like Maintenance, Food Department not good not supporting what you doing new. Doesn't address our issues.

Likes

Work is always about pressure and targets but IAGI makes sure that we get enough rest when we work and we don't feel the pressure even if we are working hard, there could be no better environment to work in other than this.

Dislikes

The team here is a short but effective kind of structure always here to help each other and there is never a problem of ego or discomfort in any of the departments.

Many faculties were very supportive, encouraging but others most are full of politics,

Dislikes

Management though headed by female does not care about someones situation be it ...pregnancy .. the management does not have employee oriented rules.
