Management is tough on employees, sometimes you have to gulp down derogatory harsh comments if you are not up to mark with your tasks,ultra fast paced environment be ready to be on your toes from the first day itself, not a place for people new to the solar industry,only experienced candidates with complete information should join as they do not have the time or resources to spend for your trainings,TRUST YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

There is nothing to like about this company. you can work well in a bpo rather than working in this company.

Dislikes

the company is baseless just selling the products of various companies by making a package that too on a higher price. it's totally fraud, not a single franchise partner or employee is happy with the management. they hire people on comission basis for every work, may it be recruitment , IT, sales any thing. All the department of the company is handled by single person i.e. Harish Ahuja. THey won't even fulfill their commitment as per the offer letter also.

to be honest nothing, upper management knows nothing of solar and just want to make it a some kind of platform only he knows about. No wonders Companies like this are making people loose faith in renewables.
