Demotivating team heads Middle management politics on favoratism Entry level pressure is not bearable. Due to which unable to hire new people Team heads not supportive and politics shows on there face. If you have your own team then it's good to work there otherwise wait for new management.

Anything not supporting any team Leader They create a lot of pressure. Despite having business, we are exploited by our seniors. There is no duty time in this company. We are made to work till 1 am in the night.
