Constant training for improvement that's likeable

Reaching 100% target can never satisfy them while salary are not justifyable according to the work load. And management always scolding the employee while In my 8 months 6 of them resign due to over load work pressure and frequent scolding using inappropriate verbal

Company is good ,but hr is not helpful and Abh Mr.jegan jeevanadham is working on South tamilnadu hr is very cheap behaviour ,he suck your salary and buy medqls and gift for the branch manager ,he not even listen your words at any situation pls don't join , company is good but ABH are very bad

I like this company very much but Mr.Jegan jeevanadham is very bad while speaking and not given leave for any situation it including death also very worst I ever seen in my career

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but doesn't address our issues. There is a bound of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

Great company but on salary front they will try every other dirty trick so that they don't have to give you incentive. On business month they will add too many conditions so that they can save and don't have to give our hard earn incentive.

Dislikes

Poor Incentive structure. Too many conditions for rewards. Doesn't feel like family. No team outings.

In covid time we are getting salary ,,, after 4th month voluntarily Rbh and HR push for Resigned ... here no job security no humanity's bcz higher position people want to safer side ...

Because RBH and HR only good here ,,, basically HR work here for RBH and ZBH ...
