Nothing is to like there they spoil the future of freshers just thinking them as their salve and the salary haha not even worth of our work .. i worked there for 3 months the worst 3 months of life that company is such poor that we have to ask them for the salary dont go there they wont provide what they promise even their clients suffer too much by there unprofessional work Unprofessionalism at its peak there better to work in a Bpo thn there ..No growth there just team leaders are too frustrated that they dont know what to do hahaha they took my certificates and i did not have signed any bond but still they will not give me certificates back if i left .. actually i left at the end of month without informing them coz if i would have have informed them they will not release my salary n then i would have to beg for salary like the others did ... hope u got the answers

Work experience are so good, like to move in the same field in other company with desired environment, salary/incentives will be increased according to your working capacity, on the whole feels good with indiafilings company

This company is fraud. They will forfeit your salary and incentives. Their CEO only wants money..he doesn't care about the customer service. Don't provide overtime and cab facilities even during due dates when employees left office at 11pm.

No facility and nothing here ..don't come here..all are facing issue with there teams .no functions no promotion..no proper payment at time ..10th of every month payment will come .. Only do working even in Sunday you need to come and Sunday payment you will not get .

Worst company ever Work pressure 100% No leave and If you came late deduct salary even 1min late also.... you need login 9.09am if this 9.10 they started deduct the amount Work timing 9am to 6.30pm nearly 10h30min As a fresher..this is my first job but my worst worst experience i got... If you are fresher or experienced...please don't go.. i worked 3 momths..some issues i stopped.. but i worked last whole month and they hold my salary..now they are not providing that😐 salary very low but they said like it's 16000 per month but you get only 9000 or 10000 that month because if you took leave they deduct , if you come late even 1min late also they'll deducted..what ever you did they only deduct salary and soo strict... Kindly, don't trust HR words they're the main culprit..if they recruit you means..they got incentive or any amount..so they lie... And looting the amount from clients no proper service and some issues with clients came they will scold with no reason and lot's of bad things only here..m
