No Culture Always Salary and Expense Deduction Very Much Terrible Condition, Upper Level managment is very Poor(DGM, SM and Nam also VP) Every Manager is loosing Job within 6 Month due to dirty politics of Sm To Vp Level In Invicta Division, I and many employee of this company is got stuck here ,after join this company suddenly upper managment told that either you resign or you have to do field work in strick lockdown go out station with your own vehicle Expense deduction without any clarification and employee can not asked for deducted expense,any time company can terminate to you without any information No h.r. policy No system Too much presure Upper managment pressure that you do or resign this company immediately 3-4 Month Expense holding Every month salary deduction more that 50% Only Sm Dgm Gm and Vp is enjoying company without any work Even Sales Manager and Gm is doing false reporting with M.R.and pressurizing to zbm and abm for primary sale for pumppin goods

I recommend no body this company, Without informing 80% salary deduction, No health insurance, removed lot of employees from job without any reason, Leadership is not trustworthy, negativity in all employees, employees not received expenses from last 5 month, Human resource is valuable, one man show Nikhil Chari. I will suggest to all job seekers please don't join this company.

... company. Management has no vision. Lot of politics played by senior management. They deducted salary during Covid phase which they never returned.No mediclaim provided to employees. Not paying legitimate dues like expenses and even they never do settlement of employees. They even don't pay you for accumulated PL . They don't deserve hardworking and sincere employees....no career growth and no increment. They can wind up bussiness anytime and you can be on roads without prior intimation.

...o goal so....if you have any options of INDIABULLS PHARMACUITCAL so look it... Company deduct salary from April 2020 to till Feb2021.... If rise ur voice or complain again any issue ur fired......

...ining program.... So many changes 3rd line 4th line and marketing team also... Company deduct salary lockdown and paste lockdown also... salary deduction from April 2020 to Feb 2021 40% to 30% as per position.. Hold 3month expenses... If u raise salary issue or any ur facing issue.....ur fired from ur job...... every six month company name of cost cutting... Stop ur input or deduct ur salary or finally manpower cutting.... So please before joining INDIABULLS PHARMACUITCAL study carefully about INDIABULLS PHARMACUITCAL.

...very selfish and not thinking about our employees only constraints our benefits. This Company continues dedicated Salary from our employees since 31st May 2020 to till date. And no one share to how much time to facilitate full Salaries for employees. It's very Worst and false commitment of our employees. Culture is very Bad. Without notice issued termination letter of our employees. And if employers Give resignation. Then companies deduct full one month Salary from their settlement.
