Some employees were really good to work and there was no ego, only SOME.

Three years in a row there was no hike in the salary, the top management feels that the sales team is doing nothing but the fact is that the National Sales Head is a bad person, no guidance, no support, nothing! He will abuse you, do nothing throughout the day/month and in just 2-3 months we will ask you to leave the job

Company is good. Management is very supportive. Market support is very less. No comparative agressive in market. No suffecient product ranges. Lack of manpower. If company introduce new product division except lighting will success. All over company is very good.

Dislikes

We depended lighting. All companies have fan, switchgear, DB etc.

Likes

They have not been a bit supportive, they first reduced the CTC to 50% without an option. Then eventually asked to resign. They are not so serious about the busines surely they don't have hint about human resources management.

The roots needs to be planted again, it's gone bad and have no idea how to and what to do.
