...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Others side was worth less and my incentive not settle on FNF reason for HR and RH said that my fault because of resignation time not get any others benifit but i was disbursed November and December insurance payout settle on March month but incentive not release because of head of the department employee not available . And i resignation submit 1st April that's why not settle my payout.

For me i have great experience in terms of career growth, appraisal or work life balance, company always take good initiative for work from home for women in once in month prior approval or ola cab facilities in case you work late in office.
