Very bad experience. They forced to resign employees without any notice period. First time I know that there is no any system of cutting PF so you have to left company without any notice and only last month salary.

Work culture very bad, they judged employees with reference not in his work.

When i was in indiabulls drastically its business going down at that time so no growth , no bonus , no work which leads to demotivation

Company providing work life balance to all employees. All employees are taken care of their salary and other monetary benefits. We are blessed to work for the company for our as well as company's welfare . Wish our company to reach greater heights.

Need to expand more and more business to be done . Currently we are working in select places only.

There are no giving importance to lower level managers and executives. Only top level managers are doing their jobs secure, and increase his salary but they don't bother about lower level managers There is no job security There is no career growth Product is not customer friendly, suddenly increase the rate of interest, when the customer ask to reduce, that reducing is not possible in our hand, head office will take care, but no one is not responsible.

Job Security is Excellent! Career Growth is confirm for performing employees! Every year we gets Salary Increments & Appraisals! I doesn't noticed any kind of politics in my more than 2 year's association with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd! Work environment is very familiar! In fact we works as a family! Balance between work & life is Excellent!
