Work environment is good, cafeteria and gaming space is enough for chilling. Teammates are like friends. Appraisals are fair for everyone moreover hard workers also got exceptional.

If bonus provided, it will boost employee moral and one in a quarter outside get together helps employee to maintain healthy work atmosphere

...I am proud to be part of the team and is market reliable and global client base. I just left the company in October 2017 in search of better growth with better salary packages.

Dislikes

I have already worked for 16-20 hours late night without any extra payments or incentives particularly in month ends. The work pressure is very high and weekends holidays and Sundays also had to work during month ends without any extra compensation. Also their is no on job training as company prefers hiring experience guys but such guys are not accustomed to our company software and senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is painful sometimes. Managers do not value the hard work undergone at appraisal time and thus he lays responsible HR Team for poor appraisal.

Working culture and the payout salary and incentives all are deducted asper there wish no promotions overall, deductions in salary is not justified incentives might or might not get credited up until 4 months of business also deduction might happen and incentive will get hold for no reason at all.

No increment in salary and position on timely matters. Annual appraisals comes on Nov-Dec with bonus and arrear given as SPECIAL INCREMENT... Which means you have to forfeit it as soon as you resign. WHICH MENAS IF YOU RESIGN YOU RUIN YOU CURRENT YEARS APPRAISALS .

Company is really good only if you wants to switch your job and increase your salary, they pays good. That's only good thing.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, no work life balance, always opens on every gazetted holiday, every Saturday , Sunday. Closing always extend to 3-4 day of next month. Upper management is also very bad. They can increase customer roi anytime without any specific reason. File disbursement of the month starts on 30-31 of the month , till that no Disb happens. They also treat credit managers like Cpa. No travelling allowances. Increment also very late happens in the month of October, while in other I generally happen in April,may.
