Only top level managers are doing their jobs secure, and increase his salary but they don't bother about lower level managers There is no job security There is no career growth Product is not customer friendly, suddenly increase the rate of interest, when the customer ask to reduce, that reducing is not possible in our hand, head office will take care, but no one is not responsible.

Work environment is good, cafeteria and gaming space is enough for chilling. Teammates are like friends. Appraisals are fair for everyone moreover hard workers also got exceptional.

My company is so supportive towards this situation as getting salary on time and also they have arrange work from home for all the employees and also they give insurance cover for the covid 19 situation and after that as well. Friedl y environment and good culture.
