    The work culture is quite good and seniors are supportive

    Dislikes

    So they don’t give you incentive, other departments wont receive a good compensation Only vintage employees are benefited They keep on changing their own HR policy day to day without any prior notice. No monetary and non monetary incentives. You just come work and go

    Compensation is above industry standards.

    Dislikes

    The above mentioned parameters are enough reasons to justify my opinion. Bosses are full egos, they don't care about work life balance, you have to cancel on your plans every now and then. Work culture is non existent. Top management is blindfolded and doesn't care about prevailing working conditions.

    Dislikes

    There are no giving importance to lower level managers and executives. Only top level managers are doing their jobs secure, and increase his salary but they don't bother about lower level managers There is no job security There is no career growth Product is not customer friendly, suddenly increase the rate of interest, when the customer ask to reduce, that reducing is not possible in our hand, head office will take care, but no one is not responsible.

    Challenging cases are doable

    Dislikes

    Working culture and the payout salary and incentives all are deducted asper there wish no promotions overall, deductions in salary is not justified incentives might or might not get credited up until 4 months of business also deduction might happen and incentive will get hold for no reason at all.
