Management Trainee - (MBA / PGDM - HR Fresher)

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, resume screening and interview coordination.

- Assist in HR initiatives or HR projects

- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and HR projects.

- Maintain accurate HR reports and databases.

Candidate Specifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources (Must)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge in HR processes

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

- Should be willing to work / relocate to Gurugram
