They offer competitive salary at par with Market Standards

Dislikes

It is a typical service sector company where you will be indirectly monitored and judged basis the number of hours you spend in the office rather than on your work, your entry and leaving timings will be monitored. Company’s CMO itself is a hypocrite person who in the name of flexibility himself says that if your manager wants to sit here till 6, rather sit till 8 to satisfy his ego. You will not be able to take designated leaves, specially if you are in Marketing team, the manager is a very passive aggressive person. My suggestion would be not to join here.

...anted. Working hours are hectic, work on weekends too. Zero work life balance. Pay is poor for the junior and mid-level and high at the Sr. and top level. Growth opportunities ? Fair treatment ? No corporate culture. If you are someone who is used to a professional / corporate culture, it would be a cultural shock. CEO is aware of these issues. What measures are taken ?
