Perhaps the only good thing about working here is that it is a renowned company and people seem to know the place where you work.

Dislikes

The workplace is fairly exploitative, to be honest! The salary that they pay is usually below the standard, and as an employee you are often made to work beyond your usual hours.

It's the best company, I have ever worked with, Director was good gave the compensation above my quotation, Appraisal was with in three months and above all brand of INDIA TODAY GROUP.Flexibility in terms work, leave and Director never question for any additional voucher raised for travel & overtime allowance. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
