This is my personal experience, but the work culture was not conducive for creative growth. They didn't care or took any action to change the situation and toxic work environment.

It's the best company, I have ever worked with, Director was good gave the compensation above my quotation, Appraisal was with in three months and above all brand of INDIA TODAY GROUP.Flexibility in terms work, leave and Director never question for any additional voucher raised for travel & overtime allowance. It was a great place to learn and to earn but in the end due to lay offs, I'm a bit hurt. But would definitely love to rejoin if the appraisal of two cycles are covered in the form of increment 😇
