Perhaps the only good thing about working here is that it is a renowned company and people seem to know the place where you work.

Job security - Good

The workplace is fairly exploitative, to be honest! The salary that they pay is usually below the standard, and as an employee you are often made to work beyond your usual hours.

It's the best company, I have ever worked with, Director was good gave the compensation above my quotation, Appraisal was with in three months and above all brand of INDIA TODAY GROUP.Flexibility in terms work, leave and Director never question for any additional voucher raised for travel & overtime allowance. CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this.
