If u want a mental torture than join this company. They mentally harass employee by giving them extra work load and never help them if they face any problem regarding doing job even they take action . No people spend more time here specially in design department. Very poor work culture in specially in Design Department If you want any help regarding work Japanese notice and complain by saying that why you guys talking to each other.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY UNPROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP INCLUDING JAPANESE AFTER LEAVING SUMITOMO DIRTY POLITICS IN THE COMPANY LEG PULLING, BACKBITING, NO PROPER JOB ALLOCATION PRODUCTION GM IS A BIG POISON FOR THIS COMPANY, JAPANESE TRUST HIM BLINDLY AND COMPANY IS DAMAGED DUE TO JUST ONE PERSON'S POLITICS AND PERSONAL INTEREST. NEW HR HEAD IS UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS HIGH ATTITUDE AND EGO, CAN'T TREAT EMPLOYEES PROPERLY, AND USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WITH EMPLOYEES AND JAPANESE MANAGEMENT IS OK WITH THIS KIND OF WORK CULTURE. THE OVERALL BRAND IMAGE IS BAD NOW IN INDIA STEEL. I DON'T RECOMMEND JOINING INDIA STEEL. SO BAD CULTURE CREATED NOW BY FTECH MANAGEMENT.

My boss, mari training Rajendra sir ne lari poore ek saal, aur ek saal batatya ki poore saal main training sahi nahi li. Unhe 02 03 ladke favrite hai , jinko wo bahut aupport karte hain. Aur hamesa galt dicision lete hain, aur baad mei dusro pe daal dete hain. Aur Milan sir ke to talve chate hain. Humesa kehte hain ki yahan sirf meri marji chalgi, aur naukri se nikalne ki bhi dhamki dte hain. Ppc ko bhi target mein lete hain hamesh, aur kehte hai. Ki ppc ki galti neekalo aur fatafat batay karo.
