Salary delay, Finance mgr is not a supportive person (Takes bribes from DA and Coordinators as his cut, dual personality and not a reliable one. He uses a person in every possible way for his personal gain. I was told all this in the beginning but didnt believe at that time not I have experienced it.

With all the work of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, we live in sakgam and we have full experience of every work.

In skill India, we do not have any problem till all the work is done according to law, but as long as there is difference of opinion among the people, people will

Only the Company location is good for employee it is located in front metro station so the view of that location is good.

Dislikes

I am sharing my experience in company, there is no team work, no job security, even they do not give the salary there employees on time they hold employee salary for 1-2 month, no learning activity there is only politics goes between team and senior, i would say that was a horrible experience for me.

Likes

It has given me exposure when working under Mr. Vibhas and Mr. Shrikant. But right now the company has no set rules and regulations towards the employee.

Dislikes

The policies change now and then. No value of committment by the company. Delayed payment to vendors even after receiving from the clients. Channel partners payments are stopped even after commitment of paying in full when received from client. Overall the company is in bad shape as drawings of personal use is much higher than profit

Being freelance Field Assessor Coordinator it is experienced good level from lower level but bitter experience gained at management level while releasing fees.

Dislikes

Slow/delay action at their end and not attending while taking step by me for releasing fees. Management have also lack of admn experience.
