Though it was good company!! Work hour is hectic here there will be highly pressure from seniors !! And salary will be offered very low !! And employment treatment Is also low

Very low salary!! Work hour is hectic it will 12pm around daily Senior colleague are very rude in this company Career wise growth is very slow Company politics will happen in most of times

So the Company was Good in starting years in terms of every aspect but in recent few months situation is getting worse and people are getting toxic at organization.

...l value is identified when you will bring an offer letter from other company. Your last year Bonus will be revoked if you will resigned from company in next 6 months. Specially the condition of IT department is pathetic now, The Head of IT is a person who is moody, crack lame jokes everytime and don't know how to lead a team. He has to be in politics he would become a great leader there instead of corporate.

Relationship counsller the work is very interesting me.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
