Very Less Pay They Misguided by saying Government Job but the truth is you will treated as peon having 90%+ marks in board exam Higher officials are yelling at you to achieve the sales targets by not giving any incentives

Salary is not so good Salary hike is not too much Not permanent And departmental Employee This is also a dislike is The candidate is shortlisted on merit based Not so good the working environment

1. Fixed salary which is enough for a student 2. Got to experience the ground level India 3. Only 4 to 5 hours of work time 4. Social respect

1. Divisional office will give targets that make this job a bit hectic 2. We have to manage accommodation as well as branch office maintenance by our own expenses 3. We cannot afford a single day sudden leave

... is much secured as any other central govt job. Can have good work life balance. Moderate pay.

Dislikes

It provides very very late promotion channel through dept.exams. Is becoming more targets/marketing oriented these days. Yearly APAR is poor judged. Office Infrastructure is very poor. Network issues be resolved dead slow. Sub Offices problems do not cared by superiors most of the time.

No salary only trca,job security poor,the bossism more to exploit the workers as gds paying time proportional wage demanding target practiced work by the departmental officers.

Mainly the declaration of other sources of livelyhood by the aspirants is a curse.
