Being a trainee it was a wonderful experince. There I have learnt alot about robotic painting. The working environment is smooth but there is not a long time career growth because of their contract job role.

Dislikes

Due to the third party job role I never get my salary on time. I have to work 8 hours straight. The canteen facility was poor.

...el person leading the projects that's the best thing for leadership development. Will get salary and appraisal on time. Transport facility available upto rewari.follow maruti calender so will get same number of holidays. Other departments are also supporting.

...rking on same department, when a new member comes in they treat them like shit Strict policy of 5 years labour bond, if someone breaks that they jave to pay hefty amount, yes i know it is against indian labour act

Salary growth is slow.. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign..

...poor. They want you to work only for IJL not for your personal life or family. You will get Salary on time.

Dislikes

No training, 7 days working for two weeks at least in a month, really hectic schedule.
