I am so lucky because I have good training in my department and company cultural program. I am realize work life development skills level and got good opportunity and good work satisfaction. In this I noticed compensation is decent, but growth is slowl . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10- 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. But managers do not value an individuals, unique strength, which is I have to take back my suggestions most of the time . In this company have a employment training is very long time some time lose in training period because no fixed time in training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Salary growth is slow.. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign..

...poor. They want you to work only for IJL not for your personal life or family. You will get Salary on time.

No training, 7 days working for two weeks at least in a month, really hectic schedule.
