I am so lucky because I have good training in my department and company cultural program. I am realize work life development skills level and got good opportunity and good work satisfaction. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

In this I noticed compensation is decent, but growth is slowl . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10- 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. But managers do not value an individuals, unique strength, which is I have to take back my suggestions most of the time . In this company have a employment training is very long time some time lose in training period because no fixed time in training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times

My first company IJL Pvt ltd. Here promoted as a team leader. Salary very less. No career growth. Where by no study one child.

Being a trainee it was a wonderful experince. There I have learnt alot about robotic painting. The working environment is smooth but there is not a long time career growth because of their contract job role.

Due to the third party job role I never get my salary on time. I have to work 8 hours straight. The canteen facility was poor.
