Nothing to say worst company to work only above 45 years of age come & join this company no scope for young people he/she who cant sell themselves in the market come n work here most of them are senior citizens only

Dislikes

No job security/No Bonus/No PL/ No EL he/she can be terminated at any given point of time without any prior notification/salary they keep on hold for left employees/no F&F policy/ they dont follow any ESI/PF/TDS/GST/PT statutory matter as per govt norms/ all payments delay /salary not paid for many employees who have left the company even 5 years ago

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
