Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line. Maintenance of Control room consists of 86 CCCameras, Laisoning with local Police, collection of intelligence, procuring Company lands from occupiers in a strategic way and fixing boundaries. Implementing safety instructions to ensure zero accident, ensuring serviceability of Company cars, jeeps, and motor cycles etc.,

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
