Top Management all are caste based . They will make only their caste to grow and be in top position with high salary benefits and Perks. It is caste based not India cements Iyer cements . Lower level will never come up in career even if they come full politics with caste based

Nice, it's 2yrs contractual basis, consolidated salary of 1,10,000 pm. Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line. Maintenance of Control room consists of 86 CCCameras, Laisoning with local Police, collection of intelligence, procuring Company lands from occupiers in a strategic way and fixing boundaries. Implementing safety instructions to ensure zero accident, ensuring serviceability of Company cars, jeeps, and motor cycles etc.,

Good work environment and culture.Management is transparent and innovative. Working is been a pleasure in this management.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no increase in salary according to experience.

Day by day it's a wonderful work experience in this company and good support in my higher officer's good salary and allowance

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers don't value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
