Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Nice, it's 2yrs contractual basis, consolidated salary of 1,10,000 pm. Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line. Maintenance of Control room consists of 86 CCCameras, Laisoning with local Police, collection of intelligence, procuring Company lands from occupiers in a strategic way and fixing boundaries. Implementing safety instructions to ensure zero accident, ensuring serviceability of Company cars, jeeps, and motor cycles etc.,
