in forex division - what effort you put there is no use. becuase there is no increment or appraisal for on time. company not given full support . they dont develope brand name and facility , just expecting profit from you. if you acheived profit but they not ready give increment on time. past 5 years they are not given increment also. so worst company because of CEO. he did not consider about employee life management. he simply sit and watch you through camera. without field knowledge he just gave idea and if you want share problem they will target you. he did not ready give increment or incentive just want profit . if you give profit but you could not receive increment on time.
