I liked the work I was doing. The new and work innovations were desired and I got do creative work. I get to meet ambitious and wonderful people who made records. Little kids, young and old, they are all an inspiration.

...ccountability of work even beyond required hours without any extra compensation. However pay deduction can happen in an instant for smallest of things, for whatever new rule comes out for deduction anytime.

The work good, events were organised regularly to create customer and company interaction.

Dislikes

The company changes policies and hires on fraudulent/false promises. They used to have alternate Saturdays off when I was hired and three months into the company, they changed the policy and made all Saturdays working. Working hours are 9 to 6 pm, thus you are expected to work 9 hours a day every day, 6 days a week. Earlier there used to be leave encashment but after being in the company, it was revealed that they have no intention of providing leave encashment whatsoever. And sometimes events happen on Sundays, and no compensation was given for the extra time dedicated by the employee. The higher management is extremely unprofessional and rude to employees. There are no parameters for growth and no saying if your hardwork will get appreciated or not. The office location is also inconvenient. And for even something as small as a short leave, one has to take permission directly from the MD, thus there is not fixed hierarchy and a lot of micromanagement from the MD’s side. Employees are always depressed over there and everyone is fed up of the work and the environment, that only cultivates more harsh politics that hampers growth.
