It's a good company to work. We get new things to learn on daily basis. Salary is good and genuine service charge. Also salary is given on time.

Less staff, more working hours then mentioned in policy.

Firstly there is no thing to like at all as I have observed these past few months.Everyone was expecting a better management. But it's way worse than before no job security for girls staff food is way worse strict duty timings and not a single thing to learn the one who teach doesnt know a single thing about food and drinks.And seniors don't appreciate their team instead they take credits of their staff.Trust Me I ignored these comments before joining and I regretted it. Please go at your own risk in balewadi.And the worse Hr team I Have ever seen for stupid and rubbish things they make a policy but for job security there is nothing at all. They just ignore it because everyone is in the same page they don't care about staff at all.And guys please if anyone is looking at it please choose a better company because this was the worst company I have ever seen. And the seniors are way worse than that.You can try the kalyani nagar outlet but balewadi never.
