Nothing here to like except flexible work timings, that is too not at all the times. And this company is good for those people who cannot get jobs out side the Indelox.

They don't confirm employees so easily after appointment, so job security is very poor also they don't relieve employees so easily on the time of resignation, company's financial condition is worst. And moral level of employees is very poor because of this cheap culture of the company. And M.D himself he plays cheap tricks on employees and HR Neelakshi is mad. She don't know the ethics of HR department.
