It is place where you can excel if you are good at pitching sales. Their incentives and bonus is definitely good.

Dislikes

Work pressure to meet the target can sometimes put you in a lot of stress. Requires a lot of traveling.

Time to time payments and higher officials treat very friendly culture to their subordinates. especially work culture so healthy. Every day they give motivational speeches .They are trying to boost up to their subordinates. everything is good

Only one thing disliked every employee that one every day positive growth they are expecting from sales team . Commonly up and downs it's happens business and life. finally my indelmoney better than other gold loan companies as of my experience

1.When the survey of Great place to work happened the hr team itself completed the survey without informing the staffs. 2.Slection of Area mangers.it should be more selective(Iam comparing with our area manager) 3.Sometimes sunday were working day without a compensatory leave. 4.Even if we applied for a compensatory leave they will reject without a proper reason
