Management ( Project Head & Team Lead ) people and Colleagues are very co-operative and helpful . Training team are very helpful and always responsive . HR team are very helpful . Indegene gives Opportunities to freshers and interns to start there professional career .

The salary hikes is not upto the mark as expected .

The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. No one works in a corporate setting for passion. Everyone expects and deserves fiar pay for what they contribute.

The team members are good and approachable and my manager was too Good I was really enjoyed and he helped me to learn many things

Salary hike is ok not up to happy and we need more support on appraisal matter
