...ce culture is it's best part, no toxicity and very friendly and helpful seniors. The compensation they paid was a very competitive one as compared to the current pay scale in the industries. Also there's a lot of focus on learning and improving the skill set of the employee

The company's usp is that it only serves to medical clients, so after a while you might feel stuck with same work and project which might limit your exposure and growth

Nothing major, but below are few.... Free Cabs after 8pm (subject to approval or deducted from your salary) Free dinner after 8pm The VP paid out usually is 100%

No work life balance at all. No proper work planning Resource management is poor No job security

Too many responsibilities provides an opportunity to learn and explore more. Very good for freshers and aged person (who wants to settle at one place with high package)

Dislikes

No one will care about your hikes and promotions. They expect you to beg for it. In my case net increament 6% in 3 years comparing with the initial package.

The only thing liked at Indegene is that they give salary on time.

Major office politics No recognition or appreciation No hike No promotion No one to one connect with seniors Always find something negative in your work unnecessarily Toxic environment and people They always have problem with taking leaves either it is planned or emergency Their policy is to work 9:30 hours a day
