I have very good experience in this company, by performing well any one can feel safe and secure, management is cordial and supportive, the policy of the company is to maintain a healthy working culture and supportive for employees, every one gets his salary on time

Good thing is annual increment for Representatives every year, In COVID period Company reimbursed full salary to all levels of employee without giving any special condition. There is no delay of salary and expences reimbursement for the employees.

Learning opportunities are nil. No Professional approaches seen. Attrition rates are remarkably high. Compensations are lowest in the industry. Incentive reimbursement generally done after a year of achievement. Career benefits for uplift is almost nil.

Dirty politics from HO level mainly by Sr VP level. Directly involved with MR & ASMs for taking daily feedback of their senior managers. Resulting in form of Non performance, ignorance of mid line managers and disrespect of senior managers.

High level politics on lower level.you can survive here without work if you know politics. uf you work as per company strategies then your senior will fire you. cast politics is involve here specialy in raipur cg.
