Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

My Boss has supported me in COVID-19 lockdown by removing me from my job...He says that he don't have money to pay me, and he haier other person in place of me.... He is stupid man.... no feeling for his staff.... He also removed his old housekeeper also....

Dislikes

Main person to dislike IND advertising is company boss Hemang Desai.... Every design we made is first send to this boss and he will keep on giving us changes and ailment issue in design....
