Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

No likes its fraud and trap people and get the important documents and sell the people personal information while joining process people provide the important documents

Dislikes

Dont fall into their trap for US based software company and all, these are very fake person, even i got selected where on just telephonic 10 mins discussion they provide the fake offer letter and joining on your own laptop and after all working in week got know that they are doing like fake thing means they give us work and finally month end they dont pay for this person and search again for this trap new person and this go on....
