Every coin has two side if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit . hire freshers from colleges for doing work on high end niche project .mass hiring of fresher are done during dec-feb month and them fire them from company in the month of may and hire new freshers and the cycle continues. the project target are achieved eventually.

The company is on the fifth floor so it gets hard to climb the stairs when the lifts don't work. But that helps me stay healthy 😊
