.... It would be beneficial to have Saturdays off, or at least alternate Saturdays. The salary is also lower compared to industry standards. There's also a lack of opportunities for learning and skill development within the company.

The working time is a little bit high when compared to the salary, for a little salary one have to work for almost 9 hours.
